Set in different locations within 5 minutes’ walk of Caleta Homes - Malagueta Beach, the bright, modern apartments offer free Wi-Fi. Apartamentos Malagueta Beach are 10 minutes’ walk from Malaga Port.

Each one features a living-dining area with sofas and a flat-screen TV. Their kitchenettes are equipped with a hob, fridge and washing machine.

A wide range of restaurants and bars can be found in the immediate area. Calle Larios, Malaga’s main shopping street, is 15 minutes’ walk from the apartments.

Malaga Cathedral and the Alcazaba are around 10 minutes’ walk away, while it is about 30 minutes’ walk to Gibralfaro Castle.

Malaga Airport can be reached in a 15-minute drive. An airport transfer is available upon request for an extra charge.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 12:00.

- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check inregistration online) which must be completed
and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per petper night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per itemper night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to
prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the
type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You
should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card,
subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning
services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning
every 8 nights.For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an
additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.
