These apartments feature spa facilities and a gym, also offers views of Magalluf and Palma Nova Beaches. They are next to entertainment centres and 100 metres of beach.

You can also enjoy the beach and leisure activities, such as the 3 golf courses that are located 10 km away. The spa facilities are available for an extra charge, while the gym offers free access. Air conditioning in the rooms is functioning from June to September, whereas heating is active from November to March.

Among the complex facilities there is an à la carte restaurant and a bus stop 200 metres away which will take youPalma.

Please note: Our location is right next to Punta Ballena, one of the liveliest areas in town. This means you may experience some street noise, especially during the busy months of June to September.

Air conditioning is available during the summer, from June to September, and heating during the winter season, from November to March.

The spa (additional charge) is open from 12:00 to 20:00. Closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
Restricted admission (12:00-13:30) for children aged 4 to 13. Children under 4 are not permitted.
Access to the spa requires prior booking at Reception, with sessions lasting 90 minutes.

The establishment will be undergoing renovation work from 7 October 2025 until further notice.
During this period, guests may experience some noise or slight inconvenience.

Parking spaces are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, as spaces are limited.

This accommodation occasionally hosts events on its premises. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

Drinks are not included in the half-board rate.

Noise is not permitted between 23:00 and 09:00.
