The property offers a discounted price for the public parking. For stays of 3 days or more, it costs 20 EUR per day.

Please note that, the apartments are equipped with a Security System device that includes cameras in the living room and apartment entrance which are only active if alarm goes off and is not deactivated within a minute by an RFID key (provided with eachof keys at check-in). The cameras are NOT active or recording while the guests are in the apartment with a deactivated alarm. When activated, this device ensures safety of the apartment and guests belongings while they are outside of the apartment.
There is also a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
